Daily Southeast Region Eggs
Prices are steady to 2 cents lower for Extra Large, 2 cents lower for
Medium and unchanged on Large. The undertone is steady. Offerings are
moderate. Demand into the retail and distributive channels is light to
moderate. Supplies to start the week are moderate to at times available
for needs. Market activity is slow to moderate. In the Eastern region,
breaking stock offerings are moderate to heavy for the light to moderate
demand. Spent fowl offerings are sufficient; processing schedules are
normal to less than normal.

WHITE EGGS IN CARTONS, CENTS PER DOZEN.
