     The Livestock Markets were mixed today, with the Fats and Feeders trading higher and the Hogs looking stuck in the mud. August'25 Live Cattle were 1.60 higher today and settled at 214.05. Today's high was 214.52 ½ and the 1-month and contract high are 220.05. Today's low was 212.80 and the 1-month low is 207.70. Since 6/3 August'25 Live Cattle are 4.27 ½ higher or more than 2%. The August'25 Feeders had a small gain today. August'25 Feeder Cattle were 47 ½ cents higher today and settled at 309.50. Today's high was 309.97 ½ and the 1-month and contract high are 314.20. Today's low was 308.00 and the 1-month low is 300.05. Since 6/3 August'25 Feeder Cattle are 8.47 ½ higher or almost 3%. The Hogs traded lower again today. August'25 Hogs were 1.80 lower today and settled at 106.10. Today's high was 107.67 ½ and the 1-month and contract high are 113.37 ½. Today's low was 105.70 and that is the new 1-month low as well. Since 6/3 August'25 Lean Hogs are 35 cents lower or fractionally lower. The Cattle Markets stayed positive today on a slow trading day, while the Hogs gave back almost 2-dollars. Not much has changed in the overpriced Cattle Markets, as they drifted higher today. I am still looking for a 10% pull back from the contract highs. If the August'25 Fats do break 10% off the contract high, it would put the price at 198.04, and if the August'25 Feeders break 10% off the contract highs, it would put the price at 282.78. I still like the Feeders lower than that as well. We will see if the Livestock Markets can continue higher next week, but I have my doubts, and if the Cash Market continues lower, the Futures Markets could be in trouble.

I see two big trades for this year. I still like the Soybean Oil and the Natural Gas. These markets will correct. The need for a successful business to have a trading account is immeasurable. Look at the market movement in all markets over the last two weeks. Opening an account sometime in the future will not help you if you need access now. To be successful, and able to manage risk, you need to be proactive now and secure your access to markets in real time. You can be both Prepared and Patient at the same time. The Grains could start to move higher now with trade deals near.

     The Grain Markets were mixed today, with the Corn and Beans higher and the Wheat lower. The Beans gained a couple penny's today. August'25 Soybeans were two cents higher today and settled at 1055 ½. Today's high was 1064 ¼ and the 1-month high is 1082 ½. Today's low was 1050 ¾ and the 1-month low is 1016 ¾. Since 6/3 August'25 Soybeans are 21 ¼ cents higher or more than 2%. The Corn Market had a small gain as well today. September'25 Corn was 2 ¼ cents higher today and settled at 420 ¼. Today's high was 426 ¼ and the 1-month high is 434 ¾. Today's low was 417 ¼ and the 1-month and contract low are 400 ¼. Since 6/3 September'25 Corn is 3 ¼ cents lower or almost 1%. The Wheat Market traded a little lower today. September'25 Wheat was 7 ¼ cents lower today and settled at 556 ¾. Today's high was 558 ¾ and the 1-month high is 594. Today's low was 556 ¼ and the 1-month low is 534 ¾. Since 6/3 September'25 Wheat is 6 ¼ cents higher or more than 1%. The grains were trading higher earlier this morning but then started to pull back off the highs. The focus will now be on President Trumps speech tonight in Iowa, where it is anticipated he announce new Trade Deals, or at least Grain purchases. The theme and tone of his speech tonight will dictate where the Grains open up again Sunday night. I believe it will be a very Bullish speech for the agricultural products, especially for the Corn and Beans. Why else would he be delivering a speech in the heart of Farm Country, at the State Fair, the day before the 4th of July. I feel we can see the Grain Markets explode higher Sunday night and Monday Morning. That is why I was showing you the Week 2 July'25 Monday Options, you could get a great return on a low-risk Option play. I sent out an email this morning showing the price of the Week 2 Options compared to the regular September'25 Options in the Corn Market, and that email is shown below. President Trump is scheduled to speak at 7:30pm central time tonight, and we will know much more about these markets when he is finished speaking. In addition to his speech tonight, President Trumps Big Beautiful Bill has passed and is expected to be signed tomorrow. Have a Great and Safe 4th of July Weekend.
